We understand that life can be busy, and attending in-person counselling sessions is not always easy. That's why we offer online services that allow you to connect with your counsellor from anywhere in Australia and in the comfort of your home! Our online counselling sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
You can join your phone or Zoom (video) session from a comfortable and safe place of your choosing! Ideally, it will be a location where you'll have privacy to talk and minimal distractions to get the most out of your session.
You'll need a laptop, smartphone, or other device with a functioning microphone and speakers. You'll need stable phone reception for phone sessions. If it's a Zoom session, you'll need a camera, a stable internet connection, available download data, and access to your email so you can click on your Zoom link at the time of your session.
Tip: Using headphones with a microphone can help to increase your privacy and minimise distractions.
