In your counselling session, I will provide a neutral yet supportive space for you as a couple to express your feelings to each other, identify patterns that might disrupt harmony, and develop healthy ways to connect. Through this process, you can both come to a much deeper understanding of yourselves and each other, strengthen emotional bonds, and gain tools to help you navigate future challenges together as a united team. I understand that every couple is unique, which is why your counselling sessions will be tailored to your specific needs.
Using tools and techniques from the Gottman Method of couples therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I will guide and support you on your journey to improve communication, deepen your understanding of one another, and rediscover or strengthen intimacy.

Early morning, evening, and weekend appointments are available Monday - Saturday.

We understand that life can be busy, making it difficult to attend in-person counselling sessions. That's why we offer online counselling services that allow you to connect with your counsellor from anywhere in Australia. Our online counselling sessions are secure, private, and tailored for your personal growth. You can join your phone or Zoom (video) session from a comfortable and safe place of your choosing! Ideally, it will be a location where you can have privacy to talk and minimal distractions, so you get the most out of your session.
